Draft of October 12, 2026

This is a draft pending legal review. Items marked [REVIEW] still need confirmation by a lawyer and by the Real Grana team.

This policy explains what personal data realgrana.com collects when you use its forms and how it is used.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Bullseye Serviços Online LTDA (CNPJ 39.882.142/0001-65), which runs the Real Grana brand from Brazil.

Contact for privacy questions: contato@realgrana.com.br.

2. What we collect

Data you give us in our forms: full name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, school or organization, your role, and, in the school pilot request, your country and an estimated student count range.

Technical context sent with a form: the page address, the page you came from and campaign parameters in the address (such as utm_source).

Preferences stored in your browser: your light or dark theme choice and whether you dismissed the language suggestion banner. These stay on your device.

At this time the site does not install analytics or advertising cookies. [REVIEW: update this section when Google Tag Manager or analytics are added.]

3. How we use it

To answer your request, contact you about Real Grana, set up school pilots and understand which pages bring people to us.

[REVIEW: legal basis for each purpose, per jurisdiction.]

4. Who receives it

The Real Grana team receives each request by email, and it is stored in the Real Grana platform database.

We use service providers to host the site and to send email. [REVIEW: list the providers and their roles.]

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in Brazil and in the countries where our providers operate. [REVIEW: transfer mechanisms for the EU, UK and other regions.]

6. How long we keep it

[REVIEW: define the retention period for leads and for rejected or inactive requests.]

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to contact, by writing to contato@realgrana.com.br.

[REVIEW: list the rights and response times under LGPD, GDPR and US state laws, and how to complain to an authority.]

8. Children

This site is aimed at adults: teachers, school leaders and families. Please do not submit data of children under 13 (or the age set by your local law) through our forms.

[REVIEW: COPPA, FERPA and GDPR-K statements for the student platform, which is provided through schools.]

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest update.
